You Were My New Dream

Flynn Rider (a.k,a, Eugene Fitzherbert), made his appearance in Disney's Tangled.  He was also voted Disney's best looking prince.  If you would like to read a short summary of the movie, check out my post titled "A Girl With Golden Hair."

Pros:
- Funny: He is always cracking a joke.  His sarcasm is on point.
- Handsome:  He is voted the most attractive Disney prince so there's that. #ModelStatus #TheyJustCan'tGetHisNoseRight
- Kind Hearted:  He is much kinder and cares more than he originally lets on.  He opens up to Rapunzel and we get to see his soft, kind hearted side.
- Self-sacrificing:  He cut off Rapunzel's hair that could have saved his life for Rapunzel's freedom.

Cons:
- A Thief:  He has stolen many things from Rapunzel's kingdom, along with the hearts of Tangled fans everywhere.
- Stretch's the truth:  He wasn't completely honest with Rapunzel at first and consciously tried to sway her from her dream.
- Takes Advantage of innocence:  He takes advantage of Rapunzel's innocence and puts her in dangerous situations.  He tries to sway her from her dream so he didn't have to help her, but they eventually fell in love and he didn't mind helping her anymore.

A Fabulous Mincer

Prince Naveen, made his appearance in Disney's The Princess and the Frog.  If you would like to read a short summary of the movie, check out my post titled "Dig a Little Deeper."

Pros:
- Adventurous: He is always on the quest for adventure.  To him, the sky is the limit.
- Charming:  He is unbelievably charming which can be considered good and bad in some cases.
- Passionate:  He is very passionate about music.  He refuses to stick to life of royalty, but would rather play music.  He is also very passionate about Tiana and doing what ever it takes to give Tiana her restaurant after he falls in love with her.

Cons:
- A Lady's man:  He is a bit of a lady's man and can be a bit flaky when it comes to relationships.
- Conceited:  Growing up royal, everything was about him.  Once he was cut off from money, he still expected to be treated like royalty and doesn't care for others emotions.  Though he does learn to care for others in the end, thanks to Tiana.
- Lazy/Unmotivated:  Let's face it, he is extremely lazy.  Why wouldn't he be considering he has never had to do a thing in his life and has no idea how.  Luckily, Tiana taught him how to mince and showed him the value of hard work.  They taught each other, learned from each other and it changed their lives forever.

I'll Make a Man Out of You

General Lee Shang, made his appearance in Disney's Mulan.  Although, he is technically not a Disney Prince, he is a spouse of a Disney princess.  If you would like to read a short summary of the movie, check out my post titled "The Flower that Blooms in Adversity."

Pros:
- Brave: He is a warrior and is entrusted with the role of general by his father.
- Honorable:  He spares Mulan's life after her reveal of being a woman after she saved his life.
- Hard Working/Motivated:  He whips a bunch of men (and a woman) into shape.  He doesn't give up on them and works them hard to make sure they will succeed at their task.

Cons:
- Stubborn:  He is stubborn when it comes to doing things his way.
- Oblivious:  He was oblivious to his feelings towards Mulan and had to wait for the emperor to force it out of him.
- Reserved:  We don't learn much about Shang and he is very reserved when it comes to his emotions.  Maybe its a military thing.

Go the Distance

Hercules, made his appearance in Disney's Hercules.  Although, he is technically not a Disney Prince, he is a beloved Disney hero.  If you would like to read a short summary of the movie, check out my post titled "Not A Damsel in Distress."

Pros:
- Demi-god:  Let's face it.  Being a demi-god is super cool. #superstrength
- Nice Guy:  He is nice to everyone and protects the people around him.
- Hard Working/Motivated:  He goes from being a farm boy to becoming a hero.  He never gives up on his dream and is motivated to find the place where he belongs.  He also motivates others while doing so.  That is a rare gift indeed.
- Gave up being a god for love:  Even through all of his hard work to be reunited with his father on Mount Olympus, he not only saves the love of his life, but give up his godly hood to be with her #aww #jumpintotheriverofdeath #noproblem

Cons:
- Clumsy:   This is what got him into trouble in the first place.  He has these amazing powers of strength, but running into things and destroying the agora is not exactly the way to friend people.
- Failed to see the point of a "true hero":  He did succeed at this in the end, but it took him until he gave up his life for Meg's to really figure it out. #godstatus
- A little too confident at times:  There were times when he was a bit cocky in his abilities.  He assumed nobody could defeat him, but that isn't always the case.
